Why We Started
The Problem We Built This Around
Irving Garage Crew exists because too many Irving homeowners have the same story: a company quotes one number on the phone and charges another once they’re standing in the garage, or pushes a full door replacement when the actual problem was a $150 fix.
We built this business around not doing that. A real diagnosis and a real number, in that order, and we say so out loud when a repair is genuinely all a door needs, even when a replacement would’ve been the more profitable thing to sell. That’s not a slogan for us. It’s the actual reason this business exists in the form it does: mobile, Irving-only, and built around a diagnose-first process instead of a sales-first one.
